Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used perfumes.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The package was tampered with before delivery.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Products returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
