Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used perfumes.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The package was tampered with before delivery.
Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please email your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
